As a Electrical Draftsman in our growing solar startup, you’ll work closely with the founding team and engineers to shape accurate designs that power renewable energy projects. Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop precise 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Create layout plans, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and site plans for solar PV systems.
- Collaborate with engineers to meet technical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Simulate and optimize solar systems using HelioScope and PVsyst.
- Prepare and organize documentation for permits, interconnection, and construction.
- Revise and maintain version control of all drawings based on feedback.




- Support BOM preparation and quantity take-offs.
- Understand specifications, performance, and applicability of components

Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience in drafting for solar or electrical projects. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Familiarity with HelioScope and PVsyst for solar design and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of solar design standards, NEC codes, and local permitting.
- Excellent attention to detail; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and multi-project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with rooftop and utility-scale solar projects

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
