Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
- Draft municipal drawings as per UDCPR and local authority guidelines.
- Support architects in developing detailed sections, elevations, and technical details.
- Maintain and update drawing documentation with precision and version control.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams for seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certification in Draftsmanship (Architecture or Civil).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Robust command of AutoCAD and understanding of construction techniques.
- Knowledge of UDCPR and local building bye-laws.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
