About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sales growth across Kochi, Thrissur, and Alappuzha. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle for our token management system from identifying and developing current clinic, lab, and pharmacy prospects to conducting sales discussions, coordinating product demonstrations, negotiating commercial terms, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth handover to the technical/onboarding team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in field sales, B2B sales, business development, and team management, with a proven ability to build territories, generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

This is a highly field-oriented leadership role requiring regular client visits, relationship building, market development, and hands-on involvement in sales closures.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets across the assigned territory.




- Identify and develop new business opportunities among clinics, diagnostic labs, pharmacies, hospitals, and other healthcare establishments.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold visits, calls, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to product demonstration, negotiation, closure, and handover.
- Conduct client meetings and present the product's value proposition to doctors, clinic owners, pharmacy owners, lab managers, and other decision-makers.
- Coordinate with Field Support Engineers to schedule and conduct product demonstrations at client locations.
- Lead commercial discussions, handle objections, negotiate pricing and terms, and close high-value accounts.
