Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor who can handle the complete video creation and editing process, from understanding an idea and raw footage to producing a polished, engaging video ready for YouTube and social media.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, knowledge of other editing software, and a practical understanding of YouTube content creation, editing, optimization, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete video production process from concept/raw footage to final output.
- Edit engaging long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Work proficiently with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, and Illustrator.
- Use motion graphics, transitions, animations, visual effects, sound design, color correction,



and color grading.
- Create and edit YouTube thumbnails and other visual assets.
- Understand YouTube trends, audience retention, CTR, watch time, SEO, thumbnails, titles, and content optimization.
- Upload and manage videos through YouTube Studio when required.
- Repurpose long-form videos into YouTube Shorts, Reels, and other short-form content.
- Work with content/script teams to develop videos that are creative, engaging, and audience-focused.
- Deliver high-quality content within deadlines and incorporate feedback effectively.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
