Role & responsibilities

Manufacturing Planning

Develop and monitor annual, monthly and weekly production plans aligned with customer demand and capacity.

Project Planning

Prepare integrated project schedules for new plants, capacity expansion, machinery installation, relocation and major modification projects.

Capacity Planning

Assess machine, manpower, infrastructure and utility capacity against business requirements and future growth.

CAPEX Planning

Coordinate CAPEX proposals, equipment procurement, installation, commissioning and project closure.

Project Coordination

Lead coordination between Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Purchase, Quality, Finance, Safety and external contractors/vendors.

Progress Monitoring

Conduct periodic project reviews and publish dashboards highlighting schedule, cost, risks and critical issues.

Risk Management

Identify project risks, dependencies and bottlenecks and ensure timely mitigation.

Resource Planning

Plan manpower, machinery, materials, contractors and other resources required for project execution.





MIS & Reporting

Present project and manufacturing planning status to senior management with clear action points and recovery plans.

Continuous Improvement

Improve planning systems, scheduling discipline, productivity, utilization and project execution effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

Engineering graduate, preferably Mechanical / Industrial / Production

15-20 years of relevant experience in manufacturing planning, project planning and project execution.

Proven experience in handling large-scale industrial projects / plant expansion / capacity enhancement / machinery installation /greenfield projects.

Strong knowledge of Project Planning, Scheduling, Project Controls, Critical Path, Resource Planning and Progress Monitoring.

Solid exposure to CAPEX projects and contractor/vendor management.
