- Plan and supervise daily work activities according to approved schedules.
- Allocate manpower and work responsibilities to achieve daily targets.
- Explain work instructions, drawings, specifications, and safety requirements to workers.
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and work progress.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, machines, and equipment.
- Coordinate with Planning, Production, Quality, Stores, and other concerned departments.
- Inspect work regularly and ensure compliance with required quality standards.
- Identify delays, defects, shortages, and operational problems and take corrective action.
- Maintain daily production/work records and submit required reports.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use required PPE.




- Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and proper workplace practices.
- Ensure tools and equipment are used correctly and maintained properly.
- Train and guide workers on work methods, quality, and safety requirements.
- Escalate major technical, quality, manpower, or safety issues to management.
- Ensure assigned work is completed safely, efficiently, and within the required timeline.
