Role Description
The Principal will provide academic and administrative leadership for the institution, ensuring that teaching, learning, and student support meet high-quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising faculty and staff, overseeing curriculum implementation, monitoring academic performance, and fostering a secure, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The role involves working closely with students, families,



and internal teams to align school practices with K2 Learning’s mission of career-focused education and mentorship. The Principal will manage operations such as scheduling, budget oversight, compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordination of career events and counseling initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East.
