Recruitment Consultant
to join our India team and support our growing global recruitment operations.
The Role
We are looking for a
strong, well-spoken recruiter
who can manage recruitment assignments independently, engage confidently with clients and candidates, and understand recruitment across multiple international markets.
The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for
UK, US, Middle East and/or Indian markets
, with the ability to adapt sourcing and candidate engagement strategies according to different geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage
end-to-end recruitment
across India and international markets.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective
sourcing strategies
.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases and other channels.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across
UK, US, Middle East and India
.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews and competency assessments.
- Present high-quality candidates to clients with strong candidate summaries and sales pitches.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the delivery team to meet recruitment targets and SLAs.
- Research talent markets and develop new sourcing approaches for
niche and difficult-to-fill roles
.
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity and pipeline information within the CRM.
