Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for open positions within the semiconductor industry through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Analyze data to track recruitment metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition in the semiconductor industry.
- Solid understanding of embedded software development using C++ programming language.
- Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or other similar platforms.
