Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily sales activities, including preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation, dispatch schedules, and payment status.
- Liaise with production, stores, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and update customer order status, and communicate changes or delays.
- Maintain and update sales reports, customer databases, and CRM entries.
- Support marketing executives in lead tracking, customer queries, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and MIS for management.
- Handle documentation for new customer onboarding and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, or escalations.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for billing and payment reconciliations.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.




- 3+ years of experience in a sales support/coordinator role (preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
