Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced School Counselor to support students in their emotional, social, behavioural, and academic development. The ideal candidate should be approachable, empathetic, and capable of working closely with students, parents, educators, and school leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to students.
- Address students' emotional, behavioural, social, and academic concerns.
- Identify students who require additional support and ensure timely follow-up.
- Conduct sessions on emotional well-being, life skills, stress management, self-awareness, and positive behaviour.
- Maintain confidential counseling records and case documentation.
- Coordinate with parents and educators regarding student concerns.
- Support students in developing confidence, communication, decision-making, and coping skills.
- Handle sensitive matters professionally while maintaining confidentiality.




- Conduct student wellness and well-being initiatives.
- Refer cases requiring specialized intervention to appropriate professionals.
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive school setting.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology / Counseling Psychology or a relevant field.
- Experience as a School Counselor or in child/adolescent counseling preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Empathy, patience, and excellent rapport-building abilities.
- Good documentation and counseling skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
