Role Description
The Senior IT Technical Recruiter is a full-time remote role responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting for information technology positions across multiple client environments. This role includes sourcing and engaging qualified technical professionals, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the full-life cycle recruitment process. The Senior IT Technical Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and provide market insights. Daily activities involve building and maintaining talent pipelines, leveraging digital tools and platforms for candidate sourcing, and ensuring a positive candidate and client experience. The role also includes negotiating offers, supporting onboarding, maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruiting strategies and processes.
