We are looking for an experienced MEPF Tender & Costing professional to join our client in the Construction & Infrastructure Industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
- Prepare project understanding, pre-bid queries and technical/commercial submissions.
- Prepare detailed MEPF cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and price estimations.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations and negotiations.
- Analyze project risks, inclusions, exclusions and assumptions.
- Support bid finalization, negotiations and post-tender clarifications.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in MEPF tendering, estimation and costing.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV systems.
- Ability to interpret tender drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
- Strong vendor management, price analysis and market knowledge.
- Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and estimation tools.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience with large-scale Commercial, Data Centre, Healthcare, Semiconductor or Infrastructure projects, preferably in an EPC/MEP contracting environment, will be preferred.
