About the role:

We are looking for a Staff Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to serve as a technical leader and quality champion across Index. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with broad cross-team and cross-divisional influence where you will define and drive modern quality engineering practices, build scalable automation, tools, test infrastructure, and enable teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance software with confidence.
