Role & responsibilities

Process Design & Optimization
- Analyse existing business and product processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design, document, and standardize end-to-end product processes.
- Develop process maps, SOPs, workflows, and operational guidelines.
- Eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.

Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to defined processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop process governance frameworks and control mechanisms.
- Conduct periodic process audits and compliance reviews.
- Maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, operations, technology, and support functions.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and improve processes.
- Manage process change initiatives and support organizational adoption.

Preferred candidate profile
- 3+ years of experience In PMO or IT Project/ digital transitions
- Finacle, Br.net, practice on LOS, LMS testing and projects
