We are looking for a SaaS Sales Executive who is passionate about sales, technology, and business growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting product demos, and converting prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, calling, and other sales platforms.
- Identify decision-makers and connect with potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present the relevant SaaS solution.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Work with the sales and product teams to improve customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / SaaS Sales / IT Sales / International Sales.




- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Basic understanding of SaaS and technology products.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven workplace.
- Willingness to work according to US/EST business hours when required.

Targets & Performance
- Monthly sales target is generally aligned with the company's 10× salary target benchmark.
- Performance is measured through lead generation, meetings, conversions, revenue, and target achievement.
- Incentives/variable pay may be applicable based on performance and company policy.
