Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, customization, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Develop and implement CRM enhancements, plugins, workflows, custom entities, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews,



and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring system performance and reliability.
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and documentation processes.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong expertise in CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
- Experience leading development teams or technical projects.
- Positive understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
