Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage and support IT infrastructure, servers, networks, endpoints, security systems, and business applications. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a security-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, IIS, and system monitoring.

· Administer LAN/WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.

· Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, MFA, and SSO.

· Handle backup, disaster recovery, patching, and endpoint security.

· Support SQL Server/Oracle, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and business applications.

· Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

· Maintain IT documentation, assets, licenses,



and compliance records.

Required Skills

· 3+ years of experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure.

· Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux, networking, virtualization, and security tools.

· Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, firewalls, backup, and recovery.

· Valuable troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

· B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech. in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Good to Have

· Proxmox VE / Proxmox Backup Server.

· Sophos Firewall / Bitdefender GravityZone.

· Azure DevOps and PowerShell/Bash scripting.

· CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent certifications.
