Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on and results-oriented Marketing Manager who can manage and execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital, content, events, social media, email and sales enablement.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology, SaaS, IT services or enterprise software space. The role will work closely with the Sales, Pre-Sales, Product and Leadership teams to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads and create marketing programs that contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Marketing & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Plan and manage campaigns aligned with business, product and revenue objectives.
- Create campaign calendars and manage execution from ideation to performance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Track campaign performance and continuously optimise initiatives based on results.
- Demand Generation & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns targeting B2B and enterprise audiences.
- Work closely with Sales to identify target accounts, industries and customer segments.
- Support inbound and outbound demand-generation initiatives.
- Track leads through the marketing funnel and ensure effective handover to Sales.
- Analyse lead quality, conversion rates and campaign ROI.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage digital marketing initiatives across Google, LinkedIn, social media, email and other relevant channels.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns for awareness, lead generation and demand creation.
