We are hiring a full-time Senior Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for multiple U.S.-based clients.

About The Role

This is a hands-on media buying role focused primarily on:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook)

You will manage campaigns from strategy and targeting to optimization, reporting, and scaling.

This role focuses heavily on:
- Lead generation
- Cost per lead optimization
- Lead quality
- Conversion tracking
- Scaling profitable campaigns





We are looking for someone with real experience managing paid advertising campaigns for local service businesses or lead generation campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
- Improve CPL while maintaining lead quality
- Build and test audiences, creatives, and campaign structures
- Review call tracking and conversion data
- Monitor attribution and reporting accuracy
- Scale profitable campaigns responsibly
- Communicate campaign updates internally
- Maintain strong attention to detail across multiple accounts

Requirements
- Strong Google Ads experience
- Strong Meta Ads experience
- Lead generation campaign experience
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
- Experience with tools such as:
- Google Tag Manager
- GA4
- CallRail / WhatConverts Experience Preferred
- Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
- Strong English communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
