Job Summary
The position is a Legal Advisor for a real estate company with a vast land bank. The candidate must have extensive experience in drafting and dealing with senior councils. Candidate must have confidence to appear before revenue authorities and city civil courts. Candidate must be able to conduct detailed legal research and provide recommendations to the legal team and management regarding findings.

Responsibilities and Duties
Knowledge of Revenue Law, SRA matters and general Real Estate Law is preferred, but not required.

Candidate must be able to draft and finalize leave and license agreements and development agreements.

Qualifications and Skills
Candidate must be a hard and diligent worker.
Candidate must be well versed with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
