Job Title : Sales Consultant – Mahindra

Job Summary

The Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting Mahindra vehicles, explaining features and financing options, conducting test drives, negotiating sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Mahindra vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and benefits.
- Arrange and conduct test drives.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers with financing, insurance, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on Mahindra's latest models, offers, and competitor products.




- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and sales campaigns.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Diploma or graduate candidates may also be considered depending on the dealership.
- Previous experience in automobile sales or retail sales is an advantage.
- Valid driving license (preferred or required by many dealerships).

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or customer service.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be eligible.
