AX Media — Remote Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

AX Media is looking for motivated people to join our remote sales team as Cold Callers / Appointment Setters.

Students can also apply. Previous experience is not mandatory.

About the Role

Your main responsibility will be to contact clinics and businesses, introduce AX Media, explain our website service briefly, identify interested prospects, and book a demo or meeting for our sales team.

You will not be expected to handle the complete sales process. Your primary goal is to generate genuine interest and arrange a qualified appointment.

Work Requirements
- Remote / Work from Home
- Approximately 3–5 hours of work per day
- 26 working days per month
- Daily target: approximately 50–150 calls
- Initial 5–7 days: you may need to find relevant business leads yourself and make calls from your own phone number.
- After the initial training and evaluation period, AX Media will provide a dedicated Telegram communication channel and lead sheets for your work.
- Calling scripts, training material, objection-handling resources,



and work instructions will be provided.

Payment

This is a performance-based commission role.

You will receive 20% of the agreed commissionable amount for every successfully closed deal generated through your qualified appointment, according to AX Media's deal and attribution terms.

For example, if your successful deals generate an average commission of ₹4,000 per deal for you, then 10 successful deals would result in approximately ₹40,000 in earnings.

Actual earnings depend on the number of qualified appointments, successful conversions, and the value of the deals. There is no fixed earning guarantee.
