About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing and expanding our dealer and distributor network across India. The candidate will be responsible for appointing new channel partners, increasing sales from existing dealers/distributors, and strengthening the company's market presence.

The role requires extensive travelling across different regions of India and strong knowledge of channel sales and distribution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the dealership and distributor network across India.
- Identify potential dealers, distributors,



wholesalers and institutional buyers in new markets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and generate new leads.
- Travel extensively across India, approximately 20 days per month, for dealer/distributor development and sales activities.
- Meet prospective channel partners, negotiate commercial terms and onboard new dealers/distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors and increase their business volume.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, product demand and market trends.
- Develop territory-wise sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, dispatches, stock availability, payments and customer requirements.
