Primary Responsibilities
- Own assigned residential projects from concept through construction documentation

and execution support.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape and other consultants to deliver

coordinated drawing packages.
- Prepare and review planning, working drawings, GFCs and technical details.
- Maintain documentation quality, drawing standards and design consistency.
- Visit sites to resolve technical issues and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Prepare presentations, area statements, material boards and design reports.
- Develop office standards, CAD templates, checklists and drawing workflows.

Leadership Responsibilities
- Mentor junior architects and interns.
- Review drawings before submission.
- Encourage ownership, collaboration and continuous learning.
- Help build a positive, respectful and high-performance team culture.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- High-quality coordinated drawings with minimal revisions.
- Timely project delivery and consultant coordination.
- Successful mentoring and productivity of junior team members.
