Business Development Executive
to drive business growth in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of U.S. buyer behavior, and the ability to build relationships with hotel owners, procurement teams, and project stakeholders while selling high-value hospitality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and develop current business opportunities within the U.S. hospitality sector.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Research target accounts and engage key decision-makers, including hotel owners, procurement managers, purchasing heads, and project stakeholders.




- Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements.

Sales & Business Development:
- Present and promote comprehensive hospitality procurement solutions, including FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and OS&E; (Operating Supplies & Equipment).
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions that meet project needs and budgets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures to achieve revenue targets.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
