Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Associate
to join our team and are willing to work a 6-day rotational shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with leads via outbound calls, emails, or chat
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies
- Coordinate with operations and customer care for seamless service delivery
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently




- Maintain records of sales and client interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Customer-centric mindset with good negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Positive attitude and team-player spirit
