Job Responsibilities
- Handle customers professionally and understand their vehicle service & repair requirements.
- Prepare accurate job cards and explain service requirements, estimates, and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
- Keep customers updated regarding vehicle status, additional repairs, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Handle customer queries and complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Explain completed work, service charges, and maintenance recommendations during vehicle delivery.
- Maintain proper service records and follow dealership processes and standards.





What Were Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership/workshop.
- Valuable knowledge of vehicle servicing and basic automobile technical aspects.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and other departments.
- Customer-focused, confident, and target-oriented attitude.
