Key Responsibilities:
- Support marketing and lead generation activities to create awareness and generate potential business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls and customer outreach to introduce our products/services and understand customer requirements.
- Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
- Generate, maintain, and follow up on marketing leads in coordination with the sales team.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing content and promotional materials across relevant channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and campaign activities using CRM and other tools.




- Track basic marketing metrics and prepare reports to support business and marketing decisions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a robust interest in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
- Good understanding of basic marketing concepts and a willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM, social media, or digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
