About the Role
We're looking for an ERPNext Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of ERPNext across business functions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into ERPNext workflows, ensuring smooth adoption and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements across modules (Finance, HR, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Configure and customize ERPNext to align with business processes
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions customization vs. process change
- Prepare functional specification documents (FSDs) for developers




- Coordinate with technical teams for custom development, integrations, and reports
- Conduct UAT, training sessions, and user documentation
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues
- Work with clients/internal stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption

Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in ERPNext functional consulting (implementation/support)
- Strong understanding of at least 2-3 ERPNext modules (Finance/Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, Sales/CRM, Inventory)
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design
- Working knowledge of Frappe framework basics (not mandatory, but a plus)
- Good communication and client-facing skills
- Prior experience in ERP implementation projects (Odoo, SAP B1, etc.) is a plus

Good to Have
- Frappe/ERPNext certification
- Exposure to manufacturing or distribution industry
- Basic understanding of Python/J
