? Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant/outlet.
- Ensure smooth operations and achieve sales & business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team effectively.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, safety, and company standards.
- Manage inventory, stock, wastage, and operational costs.
- Ensure proper adherence to company SOPs and policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Manage staff attendance, scheduling, training, and performance.
- Maintain proper cash handling and operational records.
- Drive team productivity and contribute towards business growth.





? Candidate Profile
- Graduate preferred.
- Minimum
2–4 years of experience
in the QSR / Restaurant / Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and operations.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Candidates with experience in QSR brands will be preferred.
