Role: Content and Event Experience Designer

We're hiring not-your-average designer. This role sits at the intersection of brand design, live events, learning content, and AI-assisted creativity - you'll design a social post in the morning, storyboard a learning slide by lunch, and be on the ground taping down signage by evening.

- Managing tight timelines with zero room for last-minute chaos
- Being a calm, capable presence on the ground when things go sideways
- Using AI responsibly - checking outputs, not blindly shipping them

Core Responsibilities:

Design & Concept
- Design digital and production-ready assets for corporate events (invites, signage, kits, decks)
- Concept and design activity assets, presentations, and learning & development modules

On-Ground Event Management
- Support setup, execution, and troubleshooting on event days
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders in real time

AI-Powered Design
- Prompt AI tools (Claude, Gemini, image generators) to accelerate and enhance asset creation
- Evaluate, refine, and finish AI-generated output to a professional standard
