Role & responsibilities

Build and strengthen trusted relationships with regulators, policymakers, and

industry bodies
- Actively contribute to policy advocacy and regulatory consultations
- Enable early visibility and influence on regulatory developments impacting PXIL
- Ensure effective implementation of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Support leadership in strategic regulatory positioning and stakeholder engagement
- Regulatory Engagement & Relationship Management • Develop and sustain solid working relationships with key stakeholders across: o Regulatory bodies (e.g., CERC) o Government institutions (MoP, CEA) o Grid operators and system institutions (NLDC/RLDC/SLDCs) o Industry associations and forums • Drive continuous engagement through structured interactions, meetings, and followups • Build credibility and rapport to enable constructive dialogue and collaboration 2. Policy Advocacy & Industry Participation • Actively participate in Regulatory consultations • Working groups, committees, and industry forums • Contribute to drafting position papers,



consultation responses • Policy notes and advocacy documents • Support in influencing policy directions in alignment with PXILs strategic interests • Engage in pre-consultation and informal discussions to anticipate regulatory thinking 3. Regulatory Intelligence & Business Impact Assessment • Track and analyse evolving regulatory and policy developments • Identify early signals of changes that may impact Market design, product innovation and exchange operations • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership • Support proactive positioning of PXIL in upcoming regulatory changes 4. Compliance Oversight & Execution • Oversee and ensure timely execution of regulatory filings and submissions and reporting and disclosure requirements • Guide the team in maintaining compliance trackers, documentation, and audit readiness • Ensure consistency and quality in regulatory communications
