- Responsible for installation, commissioning, and servicing of manufacturing and industrial machinery at customer sites.
- Attend preventive maintenance and breakdown calls to ensure smooth machine operations and minimum downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical faults, analyze root causes, and carry out effective troubleshooting and repairs.
- Maintain detailed service reports, job cards, and maintenance records as per company standards.
- Provide basic machine operation guidance and technical support to customers after installation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, scheduling service visits, and timely follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company procedures while working at sites.
