Power Platform & Copilot Developer & AI Literacy & Adoption Analyst – EMEA & APAC

Job Summary

We are looking for a
Power Platform & Copilot professional
who can combine robust hands-on technical expertise with
AI literacy, adoption, training, and change management
capabilities.

This is a
dual-role position
responsible for developing AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot, while also driving enterprise AI awareness, workforce enablement, and Copilot adoption across EMEA and APAC.

The role will work closely with the Global AI Literacy Lead, Learning & Development, regional leadership, AI Champions, Microsoft, Enterprise User Services, and technology teams to identify business opportunities, build practical AI use cases, enable employees, and accelerate responsible AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Power Platform & Copilot Development
- Design and develop
Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
using Power Apps.
- Build automated business processes using
Power Automate
.
- Develop and configure
Microsoft Copilot Studio
copilots,



agents, topics, actions, and workflows.
- Build
AI-powered business solutions
using Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, and Azure AI capabilities.
- Integrate Power Platform with
Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, Dataverse, REST APIs, and third-party applications
.
- Develop custom connectors and API-based integrations.
- Implement Power Platform
ALM, governance, security, and deployment
practices.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes and demonstrate measurable business value.

2. AI Literacy & Copilot Adoption
- Drive
AI literacy and Microsoft Copilot adoption
programs across EMEA and APAC.
- Design and deliver AI training sessions, workshops, demos, and
"Day in the Life"
experiences.
- Conduct regular
AI/Copilot office hours
and support employees in applying AI to real-world business scenarios.
