is recruiting on behalf of a hiring partner for a remote
AI Prompt & Policy Analyst opportunity
supporting frontier AI projects. You'll work at the intersection of
prompt engineering, AI policy, safety, tool workflows, and evaluation
, helping improve how AI systems interact with APIs, external tools, and users across different locales.

What You'll Do:
- Design, review, and refine prompts and instructions for AI systems.
- Work with
API/JSON schemas
and validate tool arguments and workflows.
- Use basic
SQL
for data validation and analysis.
- Create and maintain AI interaction policies and guidelines.
- Evaluate AI responses for correctness, reasoning quality, safety, and policy compliance.
- Develop workflow knowledge for tools such as Slack, PayPal, and similar SaaS platforms.
- Identify edge cases, unsafe outputs, and policy violations.
- Support multilingual AI use cases across different locales.
- Document evaluation findings, decisions, and recommendations clearly.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and safety teams to improve AI behavior.

Who We're Looking For:




- 3-6 years
of experience in AI operations, content review, QA, product operations, policy, or technical support.
- Strong
API/JSON literacy
and understanding of schemas and parameters.
- Basic
SQL
knowledge.
- Experience with prompt engineering or writing structured instructions.
- Experience creating, interpreting, or applying policies and guidelines.
- Strong critical reasoning, judgment, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Robust awareness of AI safety and content policies.
- Comfortable working with multilingual or international use cases.

Engagement Details:
