L&D;, Employee Engagement & Employer Branding Intern

About the Role

We are looking for creative, energetic and people-oriented interns to support our L&D; and Employee Experience team. The role offers hands-on exposure to L&D;, Employee Engagement, OD, Employer Branding and Internal Communication, with a robust focus on content creation and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging LinkedIn/social media content, blogs, employee stories, event coverage and workplace content to showcase DEPL as an employer.
- Support employee engagement activities, campaigns, contests, celebrations and internal communications.
- Assist with L&D; operations including training coordination, nominations, attendance, feedback, calendars and trackers.
- Support OD and people initiatives including surveys, polls, culture-building activities and employee feedback.
- Create presentations, posters, newsletters, certificates and other creative communication.
- Use AI tools and emerging technologies to ideate,



create and improve content, communications, learning material and employee engagement initiatives.
- Bring fresh ideas, take ownership of assigned projects and continuously improve existing processes.

What Were Looking For
- Creative, curious and passionate about people, culture and communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with Canva, PowerPoint, social media and AI tools.
- Enjoys writing posts, blogs, captions and stories.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable interacting with employees across levels.
- Students/recent graduates in HR, Psychology, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
