About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 3-5 years of experience to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, reconciliations, accounts payable, and vendor management. This role requires excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Prepare and file statutory compliances, including GST returns and TDS computations, deductions, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile GST and TDS ledgers with books and statutory portals.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist during statutory, internal, and tax audits by providing required schedules and documentation.
- Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support financial data management, reporting, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial controls.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in Accounts Payable and Vendor Management.
- Experience in Bank, Vendor, Customer, and GL Reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, basic data analysis).
- Experience with accounting ERP systems such as Tally,
