About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Relationship Manager to join our Panvel clinic. The role involves managing patient relationships, converting leads into consultations and procedures, ensuring an excellent patient experience, and maintaining strong follow-up throughout the customer journey.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional personality, and the ability to build trust with prospective and existing patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming patient enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Understand patient requirements and provide appropriate information about clinic services.
- Convert enquiries and leads into consultation appointments and treatment procedures.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective patients and maintain a healthy lead pipeline.
- Build solid and professional relationships with patients.
- Coordinate with doctors, clinical teams, and front-office staff to ensure a smooth patient journey.




- Explain treatment processes, packages, pricing, and applicable offers clearly to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient and lead information in the CRM/HRMS or designated system.
- Follow up with patients after consultations and assist them through the decision-making process.
- Achieve monthly targets related to appointments, conversions, revenue, and patient retention.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and clinic professionalism.
- Participate in local marketing activities, referral initiatives, and patient engagement programs when required.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pending cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in relationship management, sales, business development, healthcare, hospitality
