People Systems, Data Management & Reporting Manager

Experience: 8-12 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD).
- Ensure employee master data accuracy, governance, security, and compliance.
- Own HR reporting, dashboards, KPI/SLA reporting, and workforce analytics.
- Lead UAT, release management, incident management, and system enhancements.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Technology, and business teams.
- Lead and develop teams supporting HR systems, data, and reporting operations.
