Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through consultative selling of our IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated skilled with strong communication skills and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities

· Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns,



and social selling techniques

· Qualify leads and engage prospects through consultative conversations to understand their business challenges and technology needs

· Develop and present tailored solution proposals that address specific client requirements

· Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

· Collaborate with technical teams to craft compelling value propositions for complex IT services and solutions

· Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system

· Stay current on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings

· Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills

· Nurture relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
