Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer specializing in Datacenter technologies and Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) to design, implement, and support enterprise-scale network environments. The role involves leading datacenter network initiatives, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Key Responsibilities Datacenter Network Design & Implementation · Design, deploy, and manage large-scale datacenter network infrastructure · Architect and implement Cisco ACI-based solutions · Develop network topology, segmentation, and multi-tenant designs · Ensure high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery planning Operations & Support · Provide L3 support for complex network issues and outages · Troubleshoot performance issues in ACI fabric, spine-leaf architecture · Manage firmware upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management · Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs Network Security & Compliance · Implement security best practices within datacenter networks · Configure segmentation, micro-segmentation (ACI contracts)



· Ensure compliance with security policies and standards · Work with security teams on firewall and access control integration Integration & Automation · Integrate ACI with: o VMware (vCenter, NSX) o Cloud environments (Azure, AWS – hybrid scenarios) · Automate network deployments using: Monitoring & Optimization · Monitor network performance and capacity planning · Use tools like Cisco APIC, DNAC, SolarWinds, etc. · Optimize traffic flows, latency, and throughput Collaboration & Leadership · Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership · Collaborate with application, cloud, and infrastructure teams · Drive network modernization and transformation initiatives · Participate in architecture reviews and decision-making Required Skills Core Networking Skills · Solid expertise in: o Cisco ACI (Mandatory) o Nexus switches (9K, 7K)
