Here is the high level requirement.
- Drive Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communication, and adoption planning.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and client teams to align transition and transformation objectives.
- Develop and track transition and change metrics, ensuring milestones, advantages realization, user adoption, and operational readiness targets are achieved.
- Facilitate training, engagement, and change readiness activities to minimize resistance, accelerate adoption, and ensure sustainable business outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end transition programs, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer, risk mitigation, governance adherence, and successful handover to BAU teams.

Preferred Skills: Transition Management, OCM/Prosci, Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Communication Planning, Risk & Issue Management, Process Transformation.
