Role & responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities for safety consulting and risk management services.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, industry events and direct client engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with HSE Heads, Plant Heads, EHS Managers, Operations Heads, HR Heads and senior management.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate safety solutions. Promote services such as:
- Safety Audits
- EHS Audits
- Compliance Audits
- Risk Assessments
- Process Safety Management (PSM)
- HAZOP / PHA Studies
- Fire & Life Safety Assessments
- Electrical Safety Audits
- Industrial Hygiene Services
- Safety Training & Competency Development
- Emergency Preparedness & Disaster Management
- Sustainability / ESG-related services.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers and presentations in coordination with technical teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.




- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure effective delivery of client requirements.
- Track sales pipeline, prepare MIS reports and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and emerging safety requirements.
- Participate in client meetings, industry conferences, seminars and networking events.
- Ensure timely follow-up on proposals, quotations and commercial discussions.

Desired Skills & Experience
- 510 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in safety consulting, EHS, engineering services, risk management or industrial services.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety and EHS services.
- Experience in selling safety audits, risk assessments, compliance services, process safety or safety consulting will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving business development / revenue targets.
