We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) who can
take charge of business growth in the corporate segment and help us build strong,
lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Role Overview
As a BDE – Corporate Events, you will be responsible for identifying new business
opportunities, developing client relationships, pitching event solutions, and driving
revenue for the corporate division. You’ll work closely with the strategy, creative, and
operations teams to deliver high-impact proposals and ensure successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
∙Identify and pursue recent business opportunities across corporate sectors (FMCG, IT, Pharma,
BFSI, Real Estate, etc.).
∙Build and maintain strong client relationships with marketing, HR, and admin heads.
∙Conduct lead research, outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn), and schedule client meetings.
∙Understand client objectives and propose tailored event concepts and solutions.
∙Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pitch decks, and budgets.
∙Lead presentations and negotiate contracts to achieve closure.
∙Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
∙Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM tools.
∙Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetups.
