Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fast Food Chef to handle food preparation and kitchen operations for our Café/QSR. The candidate should be skilled in preparing fast-food items while maintaining consistent taste, quality, presentation, hygiene, and speed of service.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fast-food items such as burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fries, pizzas, pasta, snacks, and other café items.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and food preparation procedures.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
- Ensure timely order preparation, especially during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.




- Monitor stock of ingredients and ensure proper storage and handling.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth order execution.
- Follow food safety standards and company SOPs.
- Support new menu development and preparation when required.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Fast Food Chef/Cook, preferably in a Café, QSR, or Restaurant.
- Hands-on experience in preparing fast-food and café-style items.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Valuable teamwork and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
