Job Description:

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory operations within a manufacturing facility. This role ensures inventory accuracy, effective material flow, and proper storage to support production needs and minimize downtime. The Inventory Supervisor will supervise inventory staff, implement control procedures, and coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

Supervision & Coordination: Lead and supervise a team of inventory laboursor warehouse personnel.

Process Improvement & Planning: Work with production and procurement teams to forecast material requirements.

Coordination with Departments: Collaborate with the production,



quality control, purchasing, and logistics departments to support smooth operations.

Compliance & Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
