About the Role:

We're a 3D architectural visualization studio building CG films, concept visuals, and client presentations — and we need someone who keeps the production engine running: schedules on track, teams unblocked, quality never slipping. This is a hands-on production management role for an architect who thinks like a producer, not a desk-bound coordinator.

What You'll Own:

1.Production & Delivery
- Run day-to-day production operations across live projects, keeping schedules, budgets, and deliverables on track
- Plan and re-plan resourcing to hit deadlines without burning the team out
- Own task allocation, quality control, and final sign-off before client delivery
- Run daily/weekly progress reviews and flag risks before they become delays
- Realign timelines and priorities with Project Heads as scope shifts
- Forecast workload and manage capacity planning across multiple concurrent projects

2.Creative Involvement




- Contribute to 3D films, concept development, and client presentations
- Bring a strong visual/design sensibility to production and creative decisions
- Review work-in-progress renders/animations against brief and give actionable feedback

3.Team
- Support HR in sourcing and hiring creative talent (3D artists, visualizers, animators)
- Mentor junior team members on production process and workflow discipline

What You Bring (Must-Haves):
- B.Arch — mandatory
- 2–3 years managing projects/production in CG, arch-viz, VFX, animation, advertising, or creative production
(architecture-only project management without CG/visual production exposure won't be a fit)
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams (artists, designers, clients)
- Working familiarity with 3D visualization pipelines and tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, or similar) — you don't need to b
