We are looking for a Cooking Assistant to support our kitchen team in preparing buns, rice dishes, and other menu items. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain hygiene standards, and follow recipes and portion sizes consistently.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and cooking buns, rice dishes, fillings, sauces, and other menu items
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes
- Assist with steaming, frying, sautéing, assembling, and plating
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes
- Keep the cooking area, utensils, and equipment clean and organised
- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Check ingredients and inform the supervisor about low-stock or missing items
- Assist with basic kitchen prep before service and cleaning after service
- Follow instructions from the head cook or kitchen supervisor
- Help ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time

Compensation

15K to 18K

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
