Detailed Job Description of Project Manager This position is responsible for:-

1. Planning, organizing, executing the project and supervising the onsite staff (daily communication with superintendents on each operating project is expected) in order to complete the work on schedule, within the budget and to the quality of workmanship specified. Maintaining Team Harmony and achieving the monthly targets set within budgets approved is the key goal. Detailed Responsibilities Please write the activities performed by this role (at the level at which this role operates) in the space provided below. 1. Executing the contract as per the finalized BOQ.

2. Manpower and resource planning for achieving given targets.

3. Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

4. Micro level planning for the whole project.

Ensuring resource availability and allocation for execution of the project.

6. Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

7. Coordinating with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects. Finishing Work orders/Purchase orders for the same.

8. Ensuring cost reduction of majorly used items in the project.

9. Evaluating & Engaging work contractors for achieving the given targets after final approval from the Project Director.

10. Monthly resource planning for timely execution to be submitted for the financial year to the project coordinators for finalization.

11. Preplanning the infrastructure required for proper execution of the plan. Process improvement initiative.

12. Estimating the total quantity of raw materials required for the whole project and monitoring the timely disbursement of requisition to the procurement department.
